摘　　要：棉短绒碱-H_2O_2制浆中一般都采用常温碱液与常温H_2O_2装锅,目的是防止H_2O_2无效分解。解决H_2O_2无效分解后,应用90℃热碱液进行装锅,装锅后的初始温度提高到50～55℃,热碱液显著提高渗透效果,渗透好,则去除疵点效果好,纤维白度高。The alkali-H2O2 cooking of cotton linter generally use pot-filling with room temperature lye and normal temperature H2O2, to prevent invalid H2O2 decomposition. After application of 90℃ hot alkali liquor pot-filling after solving of the invalid decomposition of H2O2, the initial temperature is up to 50 to 55℃. This significantly improve the effect of permeability and removal of defects, fiber white degree is high.
