摘　　要：甲壳素不仅具有优异的物化性质、生理活性、生物相容性及生物可降解性,还具有止血、抗菌、消炎、促进伤口愈合及组织修复等功能,在医用敷料方面具有广阔的应用前景。本文以甲壳素纤维湿法无纺布为基材,制备具有良好柔韧性、膨胀性和透气性功能的医用敷料,开发新型医用替代品,填补国内空白,为其在医学、药学领域拓展出广泛而独特的应用价值。Chitin not only has excellent physicochemical properties, physiological activity, biocompatibility and biodegradability, but also has functions such as hemostasis, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, promoting wound healing and tissue repair, and has broad application prospects in medical dressings. Therefore, this paper will develop a chitin fiber wet-laid non-woven fabric as a substrate to prepare medical dressings with good flexibility, swelling and gas permeability, and develop new medical substitutes to fill the domestic gap, for its medical and pharmaceutical fields. It has expanded its extensive and unique application value in the fields of medicine and pharmacy.
