摘　　要：对蛋白质净化剂在酶转化淀粉中的应用进行了探讨,确定了蛋白质净化剂的最佳用量为10%。蛋白质净化剂的添加不仅解决了表面施胶时计量棒堵塞的问题,而且降低了生产成本。Application of protein purification agents on enzyme converted starch was studied, the optimum dosage of protein purification agents was 10%. The use of protein purification agents not only solved the surface sizing problem of measuring rod stick, but also reduced the production cost.
