摘  要:稠油掺稀井筒降黏技术是稠油开采中常用的工艺技术之一,但却面临着稀油资源短缺和稀稠油混合效果差等问题。尽管大多在抽油泵下安装有井下混合器,对改善稠油掺稀井作业工况和提高掺稀降黏效果起到了一定的作用,但井口出油仍然普遍呈现一段稀油一段稠油的段塞状现象,表明混合效果较差,也导致掺稀比例越来越高,严重影响了稠油掺稀开采的综合效益。该文提出了一种基于压力边界的瞬态数值模拟方法,应用Fluent对光管环空掺稀模型进行数值模拟,并结合动网格和UDF技术,实现了抽油泵抽汲运动与流场计算域的联合求解。研究结果直观地反映了井下稀稠油混合的真实情况,揭示了井口出油呈段塞状情况的根本原因,并提出了一种定量掺稀方法,对改善掺稀降黏工艺具有一定的参考意义。The technique of blending light oil and viscosity reduction is one of the common mining methods for heavy oil wells, but it is facing with intractable problems such as shortage of light oil, poor mixed effect of blending light oil and so on. In view of these problems, underground mixers begin to be installed under pumps. Although having played a role in improving working conditions and increasing viscosity-reducing effect, problems remain unresolved such as wellhead fluid slug-shaped,which means the mixed effect is not desirable. Moreover, the blending ratio is increasing, which has seriously affected the comprehensive benefit of the heavy oil dilution wells. Therefore, the article simulates the results of the casing pipe blending light oil with a transient numerical method based on pressure boundaries, which achieves synchronous solution of pumping motion of oil well pump and flow field calculation by combining CFD software Fluent with technology of dynamic mesh and UDF programming. The results reflect the real situation of the mixed effect more intuitively, and reveal the fundamental factor influencing the situation of wellhead fluid slug-shaped. In addition, the article proposes a quantitative method of blending light oil,which has a certain reference value to improve the original technique.
