摘  要:松干沿岸防护林发挥的防护、景观、经济功能,对保护和美化环境,促进流域内社会可持续发展有着重要意义。依据科学性、可行性、代表性、客观与主观相结合原则,利用频度分析法和专家会议法构建综合评价指标体系,使用层次分析法确定筛选的指标权重。最终构建了3个指标层次,选取了20个具体指标,建立了适用于松干沿岸防护林综合评价的指标体系,确定了指标的权重,其中防护功能占67.38%,景观功能占22.56%,经济效益占10.06%。The protective, landscapeand economic functions of the multi-functional shelter forest along the mainstream of the Songhua River are of great significance for the protection and beautification of the environment and the promotion of sustainable social development in the basin. Based on the principle of scientificity, feasibility, representativeness, objectiveness and subjectiveness, the frequency evaluation method and the expert meeting method are used to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system, and the weight of the selected indicators is determined using the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, three index levels were constructed, 20 specific indicators were selected, and a comprehensive evaluation index system for multi-functional shelterbelt along the mainstream of the Songhua River was established. The weights of the indicators were determined, of which protective functions accounted for 67.38% and landscape functions accounted for 22.56%, and the economic efficiency accounts for 10.06%.
