摘 要:载体桩是一种新型桩基技术,具有承载力高、施工简便、经济性好、适用广泛等特点。结合元谋县易地扶贫搬迁安置甘塘片区建设项目,将载体桩应用在元谋地区膨胀土地基中,利用载体桩承载力高、桩身可穿越大气影响深度范围的优点,减少地基胀缩变形量,有效解决膨胀土对低层房屋的不良影响,证明载体桩在膨胀土地基中适用性较好,可为类似工程设计提供参考。Ram-compacted pile with bearing base is a new pile foundation technology which has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, simple construction, good economy and wide application etc. Combine with the construction program of relocating and allocating the poor in Gantang district of Yuanmou county, putting bearing base pile technology into expansive soil foundation use, due to advantages of high bearing capacity, the pile can pass through the atmospheric influence depth range, reducing the foundation expansive deformation, and resolving the the adverse effect of expansive soil on low-rise buildings. It is proved that ram-compacted pile with bearing base has better applicability in expansive.
