涤痰汤治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征

摘　　要：肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征多以痰湿为基本病理因素,先天禀赋不足、后天饮食失调为基本病因,脾肾亏虚、痰湿壅塞胞宫为基本病机,冲脉、任脉、督脉、带脉为最终病位。提出以涤痰汤化痰燥湿、通利冲任为基本治则,并随症加减,标本兼顾,灵活运用。The basic pathological factors of obesity type polycystic ovary syndrome are phlegm dampness, congenital deficiency and dietetic disorder as the basic etiological factor, spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm dampness obstruction of the uterus as the basic pathogenesis, Chong, Ren, Du, Dai meridian as the last disease-bit. The treatment was made of Ditan decoction to eliminate phlegmatic hygrosis, and with the addition and subtraction of the evidence, the specimens should be taken into account.
