摘　　要：目的观察应氏奇穴埋线配合中药肠灵散治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将400例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组,对照组采用奥沙拉秦钠胶囊(帕斯坦胶囊)口服;治疗组采用中药肠灵散配合应氏奇穴埋线治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率98.0%,对照组64.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应氏奇穴埋线配合中药肠灵散能明显减轻溃疡性结肠炎患者病变肠黏膜炎症,促进肠黏膜病理改变的修复。Objective To observe the Ying＇s PDO embedding at ertra acupoint combined with Changling powder clinical curative effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Four hundreds cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group using Olsalazine sodium capsule; treatment group were treated with the Ying＇s PDO embedding at ertra acupoint combined with Changling powder. The clinical effi cacy of the 2 groups was observed. Results The total effective rate was 88% in the treatment group and 54% in the control group. There was signifi cant difference between the 2 groups（P〈0.05）, indicating that the clinical effi cacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The Ying＇s PDO embedding at ertra acupoint combined with Changling powder can signifi cantly reduce the ulcer intestinal mucosa of patients with infl ammatory bowel disease colitis, promote the repair of intestinal mucosa pathological change, has a good curative effect.
