腹针配合刺血疗法治疗间歇性痛风

摘　　要：目的观察腹针疗法配合刺血疗法治疗间歇性痛风的临床疗效。方法将间歇性痛风患者60例随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。治疗组采取腹针疗法配合刺血疗法治疗,对照组采取口服西药苯溴马隆片治疗,共治疗15 d。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%,优于对照组的73.34%(P <0.05)。缓解疼痛及降低血尿酸数值方面,治疗组均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论腹针配合刺血疗法治疗间歇性痛风,能更好的改善关节症状,疗效优于口服西药苯溴马隆片。Objective To observe the clinical effective of intermittent gout treatment by abdominal acupuncture combined with pricking blood. Methods Sixty patients with intermittent gout were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, abdominal acupuncture combined with pricking blood was used. In the control group, benzene bromide Malone was prescribed orally once a day for 15 days. Results Through clinical observation, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67% and the control group was 73.34%（P〈0.05）.It also shows that in terms of pain relief and reducing the blood uric acid value of the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture combined with pricking blood could improve the joint symptoms more effectively and the effect is better than benzene bromide Malone orally. It＇s worthy of further clinical research.
