摘　　要：目的探究切开复位双钢板内固定治疗股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法 31例股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(17例)和观察组(14例)。对照组患者采用切开复位单侧钢板内固定,观察组患者采用切开复位双钢板内固定。对比两组患者临床治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率92.86%高于对照组的58.82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率7.14%低于对照组的41.18%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.644, P<0.05)。结论切开复位双钢板内固定治疗股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折临床效果显著,固定安全可靠,愈合效果好且并发症少,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation of double plates for the treatment of severe comminuted fracture of distal femur. Methods A total of 31 patients with severecomminuted fracture of distal femur were selected as research objects, they were divided into control group for 17 cases and observation group for 14 cases according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and unilateral plate internal fixation, patients in the observation group were treated with open reduction and double plates internal fixation. The clinical efficacy and complications between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than 58.82% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.14%, which was significantly lower than 41.18% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.644, P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effiect of open reduction and internal fixation of double plates for the treatment of severe comminuted fracture of distal femur is significant, safe and reliable fixation, with good healing effect and fewer complications, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
