苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平辅助治疗高龄高同型半胱氨酸血症合并原发性高血压的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平辅助治疗高龄高同型半胱氨酸血症合并原发性高血压的临床效果。方法 50例高龄高同型半胱氨酸血症合并原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各25例。对照组患者采取叶酸口服配合马来酸依那普利片治疗,实验组患者采取叶酸口服配合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,对比两组患者的生活质量评分以及脑血管事件发生情况。结果实验组患者的情感、社会、意识、躯体评分分别为(47.3±6.5)、(55.8±6.3)、(38.9±2.8)、(44.6±5.4)分,明显高于对照组患者的(40.2±5.9)、(48.8±6.2)、(33.4±3.3)、(38.5±5.1)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的脑血管事件发生率为12%,明显低于对照组患者的40%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高龄高同型半胱氨酸血症合并原发性高血压患者采取苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平辅助治疗可以更好地提高其治疗有效率,降低脑血管事件的发生率,提高患者的生活自理能力以及生活质量评分,帮助患者更好地恢复身体健康,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Levamlodipine Besylate in the adjuvant treatment of elderly patients with hyperhomocysteinemia complicated with essential hypertension. Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with hyperhomocysteinemia complicated with essential hypertension were selected as research objects, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was given oral Folic Acid combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets for treatment, the experimental group was given oral Folic Acid combined with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets. The quality of life score and cerebrovascular events between the two groups were compared. Results The scores of emotional, social, psychological and physical in the experimental group were（47.3±6.5） scores,（55.8±6.3） scores,（38.9±2.8） scores and（44.6± 5.4） scores respectively, which were significantly higher than（40.2±5.9） scores,（48.8±6.2） scores,（33.4± 3.3） scores and（38.5±5.1） scores in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. The incidence of cerebrovascular events in the experimental group was 12%, which was significantly lower than 40% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of Levamlodipine Besylate in the adjuvant treatment of elderly patients with homocysteinemia complicated with essential hypertension can improve the treatment efficiency, reduce the incidence of cerebrovascular events, improve patients＇ self-care ability and quality of life score, and help patients to better recover their health. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
