摘　　要：本文将我国文书档案保管期限表与美国通用档案保管期限表作为研究对象,对两者的结构内容和操作过程进行比较。本文认为,我国应建立实用的档案保管期限表体系,不断优化对电子文件及永久文件保管期限的管理,提高档案管理整体水平。This paper takes the Chinese Document Retention Schedule and the U.S. General Records Schedules as the research objects, and uses comparative analysis to compare and analyze the differences in structure and operation. Through comparative study, Chinese Retention Schedule should aim at establishing a practical system of retention schedules, and constantly optimizing the management of electronic documents and permanent documents, for improving the overall archives management level.
