摘　　要："一带一路"倡议是新常态下中国社会经济发展的重大战略决策,是中国顺应全球化发展的必然选择,有利于促进中国与"一带一路"沿线国家共同发展和繁荣。金融作为"一带一路"倡议实施过程中资金融通的重要桥梁,支撑着各国经济的持续发展,而金融外交作为整体外交的重要一环,保障着开放战略的不断深化和有效执行。作为金融外交的重要内容之一,金融合作是中国推动"一带一路"建设的重要手段,是中国深度参与国际金融体制改革和建设的重要工具。当前,以分布式技术、互联技术、人工智能等为代表的数字技术发展日新月异,中国的金融科技产业快速崛起,正逐渐成为全球金融科技领域的领导者。在这一新浪潮中,应该厘清金融科技发展的重要性,分析金融科技发展的影响和作用。The Belt and Road Initiatives is a major strategic decision for China's new norm.And it is also an inevitable choice for China to comply with the trend of globalization and help promote the common prosperity of both China and the countries along The Belt and Road.As finance plays an important role in implementation of The Belt and Road Initiatives,it supports the sustained economic development of all countries.And financial diplomacy is an important part of the overall diplomatic system,which ensures the effective implementation of the opening-up strategy.The financial cooperation——one of the important contents of financial diplomacy——is the critical means for China to promote The Belt and Road construction and to participate deeply in the reform of the international financial system.Currently,with the rapid development of digital technology such as distributed technology,interconnection technology and artificial intelligence,China's Fintech industry emerges and gradually becomes the leader in the whole world.In this new wave,the importance of the development of Fintech should be clarified,and the influence and function of the Fintech should be analyzed.Therefore,this paper explores the necessity of Fintech cooperation under The Belt and Road Initiatives,puts forward the effective path to build a Fintech cooperation system and deepen financial diplomacy.
