摘  要:对液压挖掘机属具抓木器2种主要回转驱动,蜗轮蜗杆传动回转驱动(以下简称:蜗轮式回转驱动)结构使用寿命低及齿轮传动回转驱动(以下简称:齿轮式回转驱动)液压马达油封经常漏油损坏进行原因分析,分析表明:蜗轮式回转驱动因蜗轮材料(50Mn或42CrMo)选用不当、润滑(锂基脂润滑)和散热(封闭式结构)不良,导致该结构使用寿命低;齿轮式回转驱动因其齿轮传动不能实现自锁,而且传动比较大需要大排量的马达,导致液压马达油封经常漏油损坏。给出一种油浴润滑齿轮蜗轮组合式回转驱动结构(以下简称:组合式回转驱动),该结构是蜗轮蜗杆与齿轮和回转支承组合二级回转驱动,蜗轮采用蜗轮常用材质(铸造锡青铜),蜗轮蜗杆润滑采用浸油润滑。组合式回转驱动,可达到蜗轮式回转驱动使用寿命的3~6倍,有效解决了齿轮式回转驱动液压马达油封漏油损坏的问题。There are 2 types of slewing drive gear available for the attachment of a log grab. One case is a worm gear type slewing drive for shorter working life;the other is a gear drive mechanism for frequent failure and leakage at the hydraulic motor seals. Through analyses the results show that cause of the first case lies in wrong metals(50 Mn or 42 CrMo) sourced, plus poor lubrication(with lithium grease) and poor heat radiation(enclosing type structure) that leads to short working life. As for the2 nd case there is a frequent seal-failure in the hydraulic motor as a result of no self lock at the drive gearing, and lack of huge displacement motor. A way out is to provide an integral type oil-bath gearing(a combined slewing drive) for the worm shaft and worm gear to be lubricated with oil bath and to be cast with tin bronze, which is integrated with the slewing bearing to form a secondstage slewing drive. Such a combined slewing drive mechanism can last in working life 3~6 times the worm-gear slewing drive, which becomes an effective solution to oil leakage and/or seals breaking at the hydraulic motor.
