摘 要:按照GB/T 8419—2007的要求对某轮式装载机司机座椅的减振隔振性能进行试验研究。测试结果表明:该座椅的试验室内随机振动测试和室外试验场强化路面现场测试得到的SEAT因子均小于标准的要求数值1,表明该座椅减振器的刚度适中,减振隔振性能较好;阻尼特性测试结果得到共振传递率为1.61,略大于标准要求的1.5,表明该座椅减振器的阻尼值略小。此外,测试结果得到坑洼路和搓衣板路对装载机驾驶室地板的激励能量最大,激励能量带主要集中在0.5~3 Hz,表明工程机械所受不平路面激励主要集中在低频段,进行工程机械座椅减振设计和考量时,应着重考虑减小低频段振动的影响。According to requirements of GB/T8419—2007 a test and study has been carried out on the vibratory reduction and isolation of the seat in a certain wheel type loader. The results show that the seat factor is always less than the specified value 1 which has been measured out on enforced surface conditions through random vibratory test in the lab and at outdoor test sites, which tells that rigidity of the seat's damper is moderate with a better function in vibratory reduction and isolation, following with a resonance transfer index 1.61 through retarding tests, which is slightly higher than 15 as required. Besides, test results have found out max excited energy at the loader's floor when testing over pothole surface and/or washboard surface,and excited energy zones would concentrated on 0.5~3 Hz that tells excitation by the rough surface to the work machine would mainly concentrated on the low-frequency stage which would require consideration for the effects of vibration there to be minimized when designing and considering a seat in low vibration level of the construction machines.
