摘　　要：振动轴承是振动压路机振动轮的关键部件之一,分析某振动压路机振动轮的故障,大多数故障是由振动轴承损坏产生的,主要是轴承中混入杂质,导致轴承损坏,振动轮出现故障。为保证振动轮内腔的清洁度,提出控制振动轮内腔杂质的措施。As vibratory bearing is one of the critical parts in a vibratory roller's drum which has to be to analyzed to find out troubles there if any. As a rule most troubles come from broken vibratory bearings and the main cause lies with dirt mixed inside which may lead to bearing's damage as a trouble with the vibratory drum. In order to ensure cleanliness inside the inner chamber there has to provide measures to control dirt inside the vibratory drum.
