摘 要:磨机齿圈分瓣接合面的联接螺栓屈服变形,接合面张口,引起齿轮周期性冲击,最终导致轮齿损伤失效,因而对该螺栓强度分析至关重要。首先,根据接合面联接螺栓的受载特点以及螺栓强度校核方程,采用解析法对螺栓进行初步强度校核。然后,根据磨机齿圈的运行工况特点,采用有限元法建立齿圈的热力耦合分析模型,进一步对受载螺栓进行应力分析。将两种方法得到的结果进行对比分析,表明该热力耦合分析模型可为螺栓设计、强度校核和优化设计提供较全面的分析依据。The yield deformation of the connecting bolts on the split joint surface of the mill girth gear brings about opening of joint surface and then periodic impact of the gear, which finally leads to the damage of gear tooth, so the analysis on bolt strength is essential. First, according to the loading characters of the connecting bolts on joint surface and the bolt strength checking equation, the analytic method was applied to conduct preliminary bolt strength checking. And then, according to the operating characters of the mill girth gear, the finite element method was applied to establish the thermal-mechanical coupling model of the girth gear, and the stress of the loading bolts was analyzed. The results obtained by two kinds of method were compared and analyzed, and the comparison results showed the thermal-mechanical coupling model offered more comprehensive analysis reference for the bolt design, strength checking and optimization design.
