摘　　要：针对TLL900型末煤离心机在使用过程中经常出现的电动机综合保护器显示"过载"的故障,通过对离心机的结构特征和入料性质进行分析,找到造成故障的原因。通过采取优化入料方式、安装刮板、设置鼓风和冲水装置等改进措施,消除"过载"故障,且改进措施便于实施,操作简单,不耗成本。In view of the fault that was overload showed on the overall motor protector during the operation of TLL900 smalls dewatering centrifuge, after the structural features of the centrifuge and the feedings features being analyzed, the causes of the fault were identified. After the improvement measures such as optimization of feeding mode, installation of the scraper, setting of the blast and the flush device, the fault of overload was eliminated. The improvement measures were easy to execute and operate with few cost.
