国内外高校图书馆同伴教育服务研究综述

摘　　要：高校图书馆可通过提供同伴教育服务,由同伴导师主动向学生同伴传递图书馆的知识和技能。国外高校图书馆同伴教育服务研究始于1975年,按时间节点分3个阶段,同伴教育服务模式主要包括同伴咨询、同伴培训、同伴宣传和同伴学习4种;而国内高校图书馆的同伴教育服务研究起步晚,处于初级阶段,应借鉴国外研究经验,探索适合国内高校图书馆的同伴教育服务理论研究体系。The peer mentors transfer the knowledge and skills of the library to the peers to carry out peer education service in aca- demic libraries through training. The research of peer education service of foreign academic libraries is mainly divided into three stages from 1975 and focuses on four modes., peer consulting mode, peer tutoring mode, peer promoting mode and peer learning mode. But the research peer education service of domestic academic libraries starts late and at the primary stage now, so we should learn from foreign experience and explore the theoretical research system suitable for domestic academic libraries.
