摘　　要：结合基于协同理论的图书馆服务研究现状,建立基于协同理论的智慧图书馆模式:智慧图书馆内部协同服务模式、智慧图书馆外部协同服务模式、区域图书馆协同服务模式。从面向智慧图书馆的协同服务内容准备过程、协同服务实施过程、协同服务反馈过程3个方面构建基于协同理论的智慧图书馆服务过程控制模型。通过该模型,可以实现智慧图书馆各层次成员对技术、管理、资源三要素的高效协作,满足读者的个性化需求。Combining the research status of the library service based on collaborative theory, the level modes of the intelligent library based on the collaborative theory is established. It includes the internal collaborative service mode of the intelligent library, the exter- nal collaborative service mode of the intelligent library and the collaborative service mode of the regional library. From the three as- pects of content preparation process, collaborative service implementation process and feedback process of collaborative services, the process control model of intelligent library based on collaborative theory is constructed. Through this model, it can achieve effective collaboration among three levels of technology, management and resources of intelligent library members to meet the personalized needs of readers.
