摘　　要：目的分析2015-2016年郑州市居民脑卒中发病和死亡情况。方法收集通过"河南省慢性病监测管理系统"报告的2015-2016年郑州市户籍居民脑卒中监测数据,并分析其发病率和死亡率。结果 2015-2016年郑州市户籍居民脑卒中年均发病率和标化率分别为620.78/10万和383.64/10万,年均死亡率和标化率分别为86.65/10万和55.31/10万。女性发病率(539.10/10万)和死亡率(75.67/10万)低于男性发病率(701.61/10万)和死亡率(97.46/10万)。60岁以上人群的发病率和死亡率明显高于60岁以下人群。脑梗死在发病病例分型中的占比为72.34%,其次是脑出血,占比16.75%,未分类脑卒中和蛛网膜下腔出血的占比分别为9.48%和1.43%。结论急性发病的主要类型为脑梗死,女性居民脑卒中发病率和死亡率低于男性。Objective To analyze the acute stroke cases morbidity and mortality of residents in Zhengzhou. Methods Henan Province Chronic Disease Surveillance System was used for data collection, and then we analyzed the morbidity and mortality of cerebrovascular diseases cases in 2015-2016. Results During the two years, the morbidity and mortality rates of census register population were respectively 620.78/100,000 and 86.65/100,000, the standardized morbidity was 383.64/100,000, and the standardized mortality was 55.31/100,000. The female morbidity and mortality of stroke were lower than the male. The mortality and morbidity in group of younger age group were apparently lower than that of above 60 years old. Case classification for cerebral hemorrhage was 16.75%, unclassified stroke was 9.48%, cerebral infarction was 72.34%, and 1.43% of total cases were subarachnoid hemorrhage. Conclusion The mortality and morbidity of stroke during the two years in female were lower than in male for residents in Zhengzhou, and cerebral infarction was the main type of the total incidence.
