摘  要:针对耐磨薄板难于实现大平面冶金结合和界面氧化夹杂难以去除的技术瓶颈,提出了液/半固态双金属铸造复合板制备的新工艺,以解决传统铸造复合工艺难于制备大面积耐磨板问题。通过制备的低碳钢/高铬铸铁(LCS/HCCI)复合耐磨薄板,研究了耐磨薄板界面层微观组织形成规律,通过装机测试分析了该耐磨薄板的使用性能。The traditional processes to prepare large area wear-resistant plates are limited by the poor metallurgical bonding and hard removal of oxide inclusions at the interface layer during the fabrication of wear-resistant thin plates. In order to overcome these technical bottlenecks and produce wear-resistant thin plates with thickness less than 40 mm, a new technology called liquid-semisolid bimetal composite casting process is proposed. In this paper, the low carbon steel (LCS)/high chromium cast iron (HCCI) composite wear-resistant thin plates were prepared by this new technology. The microstructures of interfacial layer of the composite thin plates were studied, and the wear performances of the plates were analyzed through the installation testing equipment of impact crusher.
