摘  要:采用快速凝固技术制备了名义成分为Ni_(50)Mn_(25)Ga_(25)的合金薄带。与铸态合金相比,快凝薄带微观组织细小、均匀。快凝薄带在室温下为立方L2_1结构,退火后其室温结构保持不变。快凝薄带中存在{001}<100>组分的织构;低温退火后,织构类型及强度基本不变;高温退火后织构强度明显弱化。Ni50Mn25Ga25 ribbons were prepared by the melt-spun technique. The ribbons had fine and uniform grains compared to the as-cast alloy ingot. The structure of the ribbons was cubic ordered L21 structure at room temperature, which kept unchanged after annealing at different temperatures. The texture existed in the ribbons and the main orientation component was {001 }〈100〉. The intensity and component of the texture did not alter after annealing at low temperature. However, the texture intensity was lowered down obviously after annealing at high temperature.
