摘　　要：医疗不良事件中，当事的医务人员因身心创伤成为继患者、家属之后的第二受害者。文章介绍了医疗不良事件中第二受害者的原因、创伤体验、自然复苏历程、相关支持保护措施，为我国医院管理者如何有效支持第二受害者提供参考意见，以期提高社会对医务人员身心健康的关注度，减少第二受害者所受的伤害。In medical adverse events, medical workers involved tend to become the second victims due to physical and mental injuries, next to the patient in question and his/her family. This article introduced second victim from the following perspectives of such victims： current situation and causes, traumatic experience, natural recovery process and supportive actions taken. These authors provided hospital management with suggestions on how to effective support such victims, in an effort to draw attention of the society to physical and mental health of the medical staff, and minimize injuries so incurred to such victims.
