摘  要:察哈素煤矿31303工作面属于高强度工作面,推进距离4000m,为了满足通风和运输要求,采用双巷掘进。为了解决煤柱尺寸不合理造成的煤炭损失大、回风巷维护困难与自然发火严重等问题,提出超长推进距离工作面双巷布置的沿空掘巷巷道布置系统。结合理论分析与现场实测的方法,确定了巷道布置系统中双巷间煤柱合理留设尺寸50.7m,沿空掘巷窄煤柱留设尺寸为10m,掘进工作面与接续工作面之间合理错距为190m,首采工作面和掘进工作面之间合理的错距为1050m。31303工作面双巷掘进的沿空掘巷布置实现了煤柱的回收和巷道的良好维护,提高了回采率。The 31303 working face of Chahasu Coal Mine was a high-strength working face with a advanced distance of4000 m,in order to meet the ventilation and transportation requirements,double-lane driving method was used.In order to solve the problems of large coal loss,difficult return airway maintenance work and serious spontaneous combustion caused by unreasonable coal pillar size,a kind of roadway layout system of gob-side entry driving based on double-lane in working face with overlong advanced distance.Combined with theoretical analysis and on-site measurement,reasonable width of coal pillar between the two lanes was determined as 50.7 m,and the width of small coal pillar of gob-side entry driving was 10 m;the reasonable staggered distance between driving face and continuous face was 180 m,and that between primary working face and driving face was1050 m.The gob-side entry driving layout system based on double-lane realized more coal resources recovery,better roadway maintenance effects and rate of recovery.
