摘  要:通过在实验室模拟制备海工混凝土构件,研究了过度振捣条件下,是否掺加侵蚀性离子抑制材料的混凝土构件在不同高度位置的吸水率变化规律,并利用图像分析处理方法分析了吸水率变化原因。结果表明:侵蚀性离子抑制材料显著地降低了混凝土构件的吸水率,构件的吸水率随高度的增加逐渐增大,这主要是因为过度振捣造成混凝土离析,骨料含量的梯度分布导致混凝土吸水率的变化,且混凝土中骨料含量越高,混凝土吸水率越低。The sorptivity of marine concrete with/without transport inhibitor of aggressive media at different height of marine concrete member which simulated in the laboratory under over-vibration condition was investigated. With the use of image analysis method,the reason for sorptivity variation was revealed. The results reflected that,transport inhibitor of aggressive media showed it was capable to significantly lower the concrete sorptivity. Moreover,the concrete sorptivity is positively related with the height of concrete member. It could be attributed to the segregation of concrete under over-vibration condition,the graded distribution of ag- gregate in concrete leaded to the sorptivity inhomogeneity and with more aggregate the sorptivity of concrete was lower.
