摘 要:研究了水分蒸发抑制剂对乌东德水电站工程四级配大坝混凝土水分蒸发抑制率及强度的影响。结果表明,水分蒸发抑制剂具有显著的水分蒸发抑制效果,2 h水分蒸发抑制率为62.3%;随着分层浇筑间隔时间的延长,混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度逐渐降低;喷洒水分蒸发抑制剂对混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度无负面影响,由于其水分蒸发抑制作用,强度甚至表现出一定程度的提高;相同分层浇筑时间间隔条件下,喷洒水分蒸发抑制剂对四级配大坝混凝土抗剪断强度无影响。The effect of evaporation retardants on the water evaporation rate and strength of four-graded concrete in Wudongde Hydropower Station was studied. The results show that the evaporation retardants has a significant inhibitory effect of water evaporation, and the water evaporation inhibition rate of 2 h can reach 62.3%. With the extension of layered casting time interval,the concrete compressive strength and splitting tensile strength are gradually reduced,and the spray evaporation retardants has no negative impact on compressive strength and splitting tensile strength and due to its water evaporation inhibition,the strength even improves to a certain degree. Under the condition of the same layering time,evaporation retardants has no effect on the shear strength of the four-graded concrete.
