摘 要:利用石膏基复合胶凝材料优化配合比,研究了动物蛋白发泡剂、玉米秸秆纤维对改性石膏基复合材料性能的影响,通过XRD和SEM分析了石膏基复合胶凝材料硬化体矿物相的组成、孔隙特征、玉米秸秆纤维与基体结合界面特点及各种矿物晶体发育状况。结果表明:动物蛋白发泡剂稀释液的体积掺量宜低于20%,玉米秸秆纤维适宜掺量为2%,可达到增韧和改性效果;经检测,改性石膏基复合材料的28 d抗压强度为17.2 MPa,软化系数为0.62;如果用矿渣等量取代50%粉煤灰时,28 d抗压强度为14.0 MPa,软化系数高达0.93。The effects of animal protein foaming agent and corn stalk fiber on properties of modified gypsum based compound materials were studied with optimization mixing proportion of gypsum based compound cementing materials. Meanwhile, several as- pects have been inspected by using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope,such as they were the mineral composition of hardenite of the compound cementing materials,voids feature and interface characteristics of corn stalk fiber combined with ma- trix for the compound materials,and various crystal development. The results show that the suitable volume admixture of diluent of animal protein foaming agent is less than 20%, and suitable quantity of corn stalk fiber is 2%,thus achieving effect of toughness and modification. Test results show, the compressive strength of 28 d of the compound materials was 17.2 MPa, and softenting coeffi- cient was 0.62. If slag was used to replace equivalent to 50% fly ash for the compound materials,the compressive strength of 28 d was 14.0 MPa, and softening coefficient was up to 0.93 as well.
