摘　　要：介绍了一种轻质仿石发泡陶瓷保温装饰板的制备方法。通过将矿料计量称取,混合球磨,并辅以一定量的发泡剂,使得烧结坯体在烧制过程中发泡膨胀,形成发泡陶瓷砖坯,继而在发泡陶瓷砖体表面施布釉浆介质层,并在干燥后,进行石材图案的喷墨打印,随后进行二次烧成固化。制备的发泡陶瓷板表面石材仿真装饰效果优,发泡陶瓷砖体内部孔径均一、闭合,体积吸水率低,密度约为330 kg/m^3,保温隔热性能良好,喷墨打印得到的仿石材装饰层表面耐污染性好,抗热震、抗釉裂性能俱佳。The preparation method of lightweight imitation stone foam ceramic insulation decorative board is introduced. By weighing the mineral material,mixing the ball mill,and supplementing with a certain amount of foaming agent,the sintered body is foamed and expanded during the firing process to form a foamed ceramic brick blank,which applied on the surface of the foamed ceramic brick. After drying, the glaze slurry dielectric layer is subjected to inkjet printing of the stone pattern,followed by sec- ondary firing curing. The surface of the prepared foam ceramic plate has excellent decorative effect,and the foamed ceramic tile has uniform internal pore size,closed,low volume water absorption,density of about 330 kg/m^3,good thermal insulation performance, and imitation stone decoration obtained by inkjet printing. The surface of the layer has excellent pollution resistance,thermal shock resistance and glaze resistance.
