摘  要:研究基于高速动态光栅解调系统的光纤Bragg光栅(fiber Bragg grating,FBG)等强度悬臂梁振动传感性能,分析FBG等强度悬臂梁与振动传感的基本原理和传感特性。结果表明:当压电陶瓷的输出频率接近等强度悬臂梁的谐振频率时,传感器的输出振幅最大;相同频率下,等强度悬臂梁厚度为0.3mm时响应度最大,平坦响应范围为10Hz-60Hz,平坦区的加速度灵敏度为51.25pm/(m·s^-2),最大加速度灵敏度为416.81pm/(m·s^-2);相同振动频率下,波长漂移幅值与振动幅值具有良好的线性关系,线性相关度为0.998,时域波形信号的FFT变换主频分量占80%以上。The dynamic sensor performance of equal strength cantilever beam with fiber Bragg grating( FBG) is studied based on high speed dynamic grating demodulation system,the basic principle and sensing characteristics of vibration sensing of FBG strength cantilever beam are analyzed. Experimental results show that,when the output frequency of the piezoelectric ceramic is close to the resonant frequency of the cantilever beam,the output amplitude of the sensor is the largest. At the same frequency,the maximum response degree of the equal-strength cantilever beam is0. 3 mm,the flat response range is 10 Hz-60 Hz,the acceleration sensitivity of the flat area is 51. 25 pm/( m·s^-2),and the maximum acceleration sensitivity is 416. 81 pm/( m·s^-2). Under the same vibration frequency,amplitude and wavelength drift vibration amplitude has a good linear relationship,the linear correlation was 0. 998. The FFT transform of time domain waveform signal is more than 80%.
