摘　　要：田径是一切运动之母,12年来,井冈山大学田径课程针对新时期高校体育的教学指导思想、教学理念、师生角色、教学内容、教学手段与方法、学生考核评价等内容,以"合作教育"人才培养为模式开展"以社会需求为导向,改革教育教学方法、创新人才培养模式、提高人才培养质量"的实验研究。研究取得较好成果:"田径合作教育"紧跟了国家高等教育的发展趋势,探索出一条个性化、多样化人才培养的有效途径;针对传统教学内容和方法过度强调知识传授、忽视思维训练的问题,通过课程群构建,重构了学科平台课和专业核心课;课程改革以教学理念的革新为突破口,主张"行以求知,主动参与"的教与学策略,创建三维学知结构,有效激发和培养学生的质疑精神和创新潜质,引发教学方法和学习方式的变革;研究尝试开创一条培养应用型人才的有效途径。Athletics training is the basis of all sports. There have been done a reform and innovation in Jinggangshan University for 12 years in Athletics with view of the new period colleges sports teaching guiding ideology. The reform and innovation guided by the cooperative education as the model of talent cultivation with teaching idea,the roles between teachers and students,teaching content,teaching means and methods,students＇ evaluation and so on. The research had some good results including the following points.Firstly,the model of cooperative education in Athletics is accord with National development trend of higher education and is a individualize and diversify approach in talent cultivation. Secondly,the course platform and the core course are reconstructed through the course group construction,which changed solved the problem which was over-emphasis on knowledge transfer but Ignoring thinking training in old teaching system. Thirdly,as a breakthrough in curriculum reform to initiate a change in teaching and learningmethodology,the research proposed a three-dimensional learning structure,advocating a proactive strategy to seek and learn,which can effectively lead students to challenge and innovate. Fourth,the research made attempts on developing a practical way of application-oriented training.
