摘　　要：中医学对于心悸的探究始自《黄帝内经》,散见于历代的方剂学、本草学等著作之中。通过对历代主要的中医药类文献的梳理,探究历代医家对于心悸病证病因病机的认识演变与相应的治疗中药、方剂应用的变迁,展现了历代心悸病证处方用药的特点,为心悸病证的现代诊疗提供参考。The study on palpitation in traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） started since Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor（ 《黄帝内经》）,and recorded in a lot of medical formulary and herb documents over the whole history of TCM. This article revealed the development of the recognition on palpitation＇s etiology,pathogenesis and evolution of application of related Chinese herbal medicine and formulas by teasing out the ancient documents of TCM,showing the characteristics of medication in the treatment of palpitation along the history,and trying to provide some reference for diagnosis and treatment of palpitation in modern clinical practice.
