摘 要:焦炉生产过程中,炉头会有大量烟尘逸散到周围环境中,目前国内还没有有效捕集装置或工艺方式进行捕集,一般通过高压氨水来控制烟尘量,不能杜绝。焦炉区域现场作业人员环境较差,烟气中粉尘浓度大,容易引起职业病,尤其会发生环保事故。本文就从如何有效捕集焦炉炉头处的烟尘,并设计一套捕集新工艺。In the process of coke oven production, a large amount of smoke and dust will escape to the surrounding environment. At present, there is no effective trap device or technological method to capture, and the amount of smoke and dust can not be eliminated by high pressure ammonia water. The environment of the coke oven area workers is poor, the dust concentration in the smoke is large, and it is easy to cause occupational diseases, especially environmental accidents. In this paper, how to effectively capture the smoke and dust at the head of the coke oven and design a new technology for capturing it.
