摘　　要：主要针对热轧带钢生产线卷取机卷筒常见故障进行分析,提出了预防与改进措施。确保卷筒稳定运行,并延长了卷筒的使用周期,降低生产成本。This paper analyzes the malfunction of the hot strip mill reels and the improvement measures are puts forward. So, the reels ean run smoothly and it＇s lifetime is prolonged, the production cost have been greatly reduced.
