摘  要:将新型复合陶瓷耐磨材料制成的陶瓷磨辊衬瓦应用在自备电厂中速磨系统中。实践表明,中速磨出力明显提高并能保持稳定,煤粉细度变小、工序电耗有所降低,设备振动减小,磨辊和衬瓦磨损情况得到明显改善等一系列优势,应用效果良好。New wear resistant materials composite ceramic materials made of ceramic roller bushing applied in medium speed mill self-provided power plant system. Practice shows that medium speed mill output increased significantly and can remain stable, pulverized coal fineness of smaller, power consumption is reduced, equipment vibration is reduced, roller and bushing wear case was obviously improved, and a series of advantages, application effect is good.
