摘　　要：介绍了氯酸盐产生的原因及危害。介绍了不同的氯酸盐分解工艺:蒸汽板式换热器加热盐水进入卧式氯酸盐分解槽,蒸汽直接加热盐水进入立式氯酸盐分解槽,蒸汽板式换热器加热盐水进入立式氯酸盐分解槽。介绍了不同氯酸盐分解工艺的生产流程、装置情况及分解槽运行情况。The formation causes and hazards of chlorate are introduced. Different chlorate decomposition processes are introduced： heating brine with steam plate heat exchanger and feeding the heated brine to a horizontal chlorate decomposition tank, directly heating brine with steam and feeding the heated brine to a vertical chlorate decomposition tank, and heating brine with steam plate heat exchanger and feeding the heated brine to a vertical chlorate decomposition tank. The different processes are introduced in aspects of process flow, needed devices, and operation conditions of the decomposition tanks.
