摘  要:介绍了3种主要的工业制氢工艺——矿物燃料制氢,甲醇制氢,水解制氢。从工艺过程、生产成本、经济性、环保性和资源利用等方面,对比了3种制氢工艺的优缺点。陕西金泰氯碱化工有限公司综合考虑,选用电解水制氢工艺。详细介绍了碱性电解水制氢工艺的主要设备、工艺参数、工艺流程和经济社会效益。Three kinds of main industrial process for hydrogen production are introduced, namely, hydrogen production from fossil fuels, hydrogen production from methanol, and hydrogen production by water hydrolysis. The advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of hydrogen production process were compared in terms of process flow, production cost, economy, environmental protection and resource utilization. After comprehensive consideration, Shaanxi Jintai Chlor - Alkali Chemical Co. , Ltd. chose water electrolysis process to produce hydrogen. The main equipment, technological parameters, process flow and economic and social benefits of hydrogen production by alkaline water electrolysis are introduced in detail.
