摘 要:针对现有生产工艺的不足,研究了一种三相流态化连续浸出钛精矿制备人造金红石的新工艺和新装置。试验结果显示,采用该工艺在优化的条件下可有效浸出钛精矿中的可溶性杂质得到Ti O2质量分数90%以上的人造金红石产品,采用的三相流态化反应方式在强化液固接触的同时又避免机械搅拌导致产品细化的问题,且实现了连续化生产,是对现有人造金红石生产工艺的重大改进。In order to make up for the shortage of the existing production process, a new process of preparing synthetic rutile from hydrochloric acid and titanium concentrate by continuous leaching reaction in gas-liquid-solid three-phase fluidization was studied. Test results showed that under the technological conditions of 22% ( mass fraction) hydrochloric acid, 6:1 acid- ore ratio, 100 ~C reaction temperature and 3 m3/h air flow rate, synthetic rutile products with Ti02 mass fraction of above 90% were obtained. The three-phase fluidization reaction method could not only strengthen the liquid-solid contact, but also avoided the problem of little grain of product caused by mechanical stirring. And continuous production was realized. This new process was a major improvement to the existing synthetic rutile production process.
