摘 要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板,利用钛酸丁酯和正硅酸乙酯水解制备多孔TiO_2/SiO_2粒子,通过浸渍法将磺化酞菁铜(CuTsPc)负载到TiO_2/SiO_2粒子上,得到CuTsPc-TiO_2/SiO_2复合材料。以CuTsPc-TiO_2/SiO_2作催化剂,采用紫外-可见吸收光谱法研究了催化肾上腺素(AD)氧化的性能,用氧化产物的特征吸收峰强度的变化评价了催化剂的催化性能。实验结果表明:在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中CuTsPc-TiO_2/SiO_2能有效的催化AD氧化,且在pH=8.0、温度55℃和用量在3.36mg/mL时催化效果最好。The porous TiO2/SiO2 particles were prepared by hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate and tetraethoxysilane using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as template.Then sulfonated copper phthalocyanine(CuTsPc)was supported in the pores of TiO2/SiO2 particles by impregnation method to obtain porous TiO2/SiO2 supported sulfonated copper phthalocyanine(CuTsPc-TiO2/SiO2).The oxidation of adrenaline(AD)by oxygen using CuTsPc-TiO2/SiO2 as catalyst was studied by UV-Vis absorption spectra.The catalytic activities of CuTsPc-TiO2/SiO2 were evaluated by the absorbance ratios at the characteristic peak of the oxidation product.The results showed that CuTsPc-TiO2/SiO2 could catalyze AD to oxidize in PBS,and the catalytic effect was better at pH=8.0 and T=55℃.
