摘 要:以石墨为基体电极,通过化学修饰电活性物制备全固态复合Cu^(2+)传感器。考察了电活性物质的组成与配比、基体电极的预处理及修饰方法等。Cu^(2+)传感器的线性范围为1.0×10^(-1)~1.0×10^(-6) mol/L,检出限为6.4×10^(-7) mol/L,响应斜率29.7mV/pCu,响应时间≤2min,且具有较强的抗干扰能力。将该传感器用于实际样品分析并与分光光度法对照,其相对误差(RE)≤2.18%,并可直接测定糊状物和土壤中Cu^(2+)含量。通过离子置换Cu^(2+)传感器响应Ag^+的线性关系良好,突破了一支电极仅测一种离子的局限。All-solid-state Cu^(2+) sensor has been prepared by chemical modification of electrochemical active material on the graphite substrate electrode.The composition and ratio of electroactive materials,the pretreatment and modification conditions were investigated.The linear range of Cu^(2+) sensor was 1.0×10^(-1)-1.0×10^(-6) mol/L with the detection limit of 6.4×10^(-7) mol/L,and the response slope was 29.7 mV/pCu.The response time was less than 2 min,with a strong anti-interference ability.The content of Cu^(2+) in the paste mass and soil was measured by this sensor directly.By ion exchange,this sensor also showed good responce to the detection of Ag~+.
