摘 要:近年来C3F7CN作为一种环保绝缘介质受到SF6替代气体领域研究者的广泛关注,目前针对其混合气体的工频击穿特性鲜有系统性研究。利用球电极模拟准均匀电场测试了C3F7CN/CO2混合气体的工频击穿特性及自恢复特性,系统分析了混合比和气压等因素对工频击穿电压的影响情况及C3F7CN与CO2气体间的协同效应,并与相同条件下的SF6进行对比。研究发现,C3F7CN体积分数为2%~8%的混合气体的工频击穿电压随气压增加呈线性增长趋势,随混合比的增加呈饱和增长趋势。混合比为2%的C3F7CN/CO2混合气体工频击穿电压能达到相同条件下纯SF6的50%,混合比为8%的C3F7CN/CO2混合气体工频击穿电压能达到相同条件下纯SF6的75%。C3F7CN与CO2气体存在一定的协同效应。另外,C3F7CN混合气体的复原特性优良。相关研究成果证实了C3F7CN/CO2混合气体具有替代SF6的潜力。In recent years, C3F7CN has been widely concerned by researchers in the field of SF6 alternative gas as an environmental-friendly insulation medium.However, there are few systematic studies on the power frequency breakdown performance of C3F7CN/CO2 gas mixtures at present. In this paper, the power frequency breakdown and self-restoring characteristics of C3F7CN/CO2 gas mixtures were tested under the ball electrodes which were used to simulate quasi-uniform electric field. The influences of mixing ratios and gas pressures on the breakdown voltage and the synergistic effect between C3F7CN and CO2 were systematically analyzed and compared with that of SF6 under the same conditions. The study shows that the power frequency breakdown voltage of the gas mixtures with C3F7CN content of 2% to 8% increases linearly with the increase of gas pressure, and presents a saturation growth trend with the increase of the mixing ratio.When the content of C3F7CN is 2% or 8%, the power frequency breakdown voltage of C3F7CN/CO2 gas mixure can reach 50% and 75% of that of pure SF6 under the same conditions,respectively. C3F7CN has a good restoring insulation performance and has a certain synergistic effect when mixed with CO2. The research results confirm that C3F7CN/CO2 gas mixtures have a potential to replace SF6.
