摘 要:为了更精确地分析风电波动平抑过程中储能容量配置的影响因素,在相同并网波动率要求下,采用模型预测控制(MPC)算法作为控制策略。首先,分析了不同波动率限制和波动平抑顺序的影响,从而选取合理的波动率及平抑顺序;再者,分析了不同的风电采样时间尺度和储能荷电状态(SOC)的影响,从而获取可信的储能容量;最后,分析了不同幅频特性风电的影响,从而确立配置较大储能的风电类型。仿真结果表明:不同的波动率及其平抑顺序需配置不同的储能;储能配置一般与风电最大波动率和储能最大能量变化有关,且还需考虑储能的初始SOC和SOC运行范围;波动率较大且频率较低的风电一般需要配置较大的储能。In order to analyze the influential factors of the energy storage size accurately with wind power fluctuation mitigation, we adopted a model predictive control(MPC) method as the control strategy with the identical grid-connected fluctuation rate constraints. Firstly, different fluctuation rate constraints and fluctuation mitigation sequences were considered, and the reasonable fluctuation rate and mitigation sequences could be obtained. Additionally, different time scales of wind power and state of charge(SOC) of energy storage were analyzed, and the credible energy storage capacity could be acquired. Finally, the wind power with different amplitudes and frequencies was analyzed, and the wind power type with larger energy storage capacity could be identified. The simulation results show that different energy storage sizes are required according to different fluctuation rate and mitigation sequences. Energy storage size is related to the maximum wind power fluctuation rate and the maximum energy change of energy storage besides initial SOC and SOC operating range of energy storage. The wind power with larger fluctuation rate and low frequency generally needs more energy storage size.
