大数据背景下高校党建质量提升路径探析

摘　　要：随着信息革命和信息化发展的不断深入,人类社会进入了大数据时代。大数据作为新技术、新手段、新思维和新理念,能够有效增强高校党建工作的整体性、针对性、时效性和创新性,对高校党建工作质量提升具有重要的价值意义。当前,高校运用大数据提升党建质量存在思维转变、技术能力和体制机制等方面的困境,要树立"大党建"数据思维,构建"大党建"格局,并将大数据的特色优势贯穿其中,提升高校党建质量,为高校"双一流"建设保驾护航。With the development of information revolution and information technology, human society has entered the era of big data. Big data, as a new technology, new means, new thoughts and new ideas, is of great value to improve the quality of Party building work in universities. It can effectively enhance the integrity, pertinence, timeliness and innovation of Party building work. At present, colleges and universities use big data to improve the quality of party building. There are dilemmas in thinking transformation, technical ability and institutional mechanism. It is necessary to reform and establish ＂big party building＂ data thinking, build a ＂big party building＂ pattern and carry out the characteristics of big data through it. Improving the quality of Party building in universities is a guarantee for the ＂ Double First-Class＂ construction in colleges and universities.
