摘  要:阐述了国内外炼铁低碳冶炼一些代表性的工艺技术及进展情况,重点阐述了宝钢炼铁低碳冶炼现状和今后低碳冶炼规划,并对未来低碳冶炼技术的方向及应关注的重点进行了探讨。认为:①高排放行业特点及社会可持续发展的需求,决定了炼铁必须要进行低碳冶炼;②综合判断,未来低碳炼铁的技术方向,应是立足目前炼铁工艺全流程低碳化生产,以及部分有发展前景的非高炉炼铁新工艺。The paper expounds some typical technologies and progress of low-carbon ironmaking at home and abroad, especially the present status of low-carbon smelting in Baosteel, low-carbon smelting planning, technological development trend in future, and key points to be focused. It is believed that low-carbon ironmaking will be inevitable in future considering the high-emission characteristics of steel industry and facing the demand for sustainable development of society. The comprehensive analysis indicates the low-carbon ironmaking technology should be development based on the whole process of low-carbon ironmaking production, and some promising new non-BF ironmaking processes.
