摘 要:为扩大可用于高炉喷吹的燃料品种范围,在太钢高炉开展使用兰炭煤替代无烟煤喷吹的可行性研究和工业试验,并将其用到正常生产中。可行性分析及工业试验结果表明,兰炭煤各项基础性能符合喷吹煤粉的要求,具备高炉喷吹的使用条件;高炉生产实践表明,喷吹煤粉中兰炭煤比例达到了15%~20%,最高25%,有利于降低钢铁企业的生产成本。2017年太钢高炉配加兰炭煤后,喷吹用煤价格降低了17元/t,吨铁燃料成本下降了13元/t。To enable more fuel varieties to be used for blast furnace production, a feasibility study and industrial pilot are made to use semi-coke coal as substitute of anthracite in PCI for Taiyuan Steel's BF, and semi-coke coal injection is applied in normal practical production. The results prove that the semi-coke coal satisfy the requirements of pulverized coal injection with respect to its fundamental behavior indexes, and can be used for PCI of blast furnace. The blast furnace production practice shows that the proportion of semi-coke coal in entire injected pulverized coal reaches 15% ~ 20% , and max. 25% , and semi-coke coal injection is conducive to reducing production costs of steel producer. In 2017, the price of injection coal was reduced by RMB 17 yuan/t, and the specific fuel cost of BF was reduced by RMB 13 yuan/t in Taiyuan Steel with pulverized semi-coke coal injected.
