摘　　要：马钢2号高炉第一代炉役寿命达到13年7个月,单位炉容产铁量11234t/m^3。2号高炉生产操作中兼顾了长寿与效率,其主要经验是以稳定炉况为中心,量化操作参数,确立放开中心稳定边沿气流的操作制度,维护合理的操作炉型等。停炉大修时的炉底炉缸破损调查表明,炉缸中最易受到侵蚀的铁口部位剩余炭砖厚度为530～540mm,尚处于可安全生产的范围。The first generation of Masteel＇s N0.2 BF campaign reached 13 years and 7 months, and the specific output 11 234 t/m3. The production operation is organized with both long campaign and efficiency taken into account. The main successful experience includes： ① taking stable furnace condition as core factor in operation management; ② quantifying the operation parameters; ③ setting up an operating system that enables smooth center gas flow and stable peripheral gas flow; ④ maintaining rational operating furnace profile. The investigation result of tire damaged hearth and bottom made during BF overhaul indicates that the thickness of the remaining carbon brick in the most vulnerable part of tire taphole area is 530 - 540 mm, which is still in the safe range for production.
