摘  要:针对高温超导变压器的绕组设计,提出采用螺旋型高温超导复合缆线,为提高螺旋型高温超导复合缆线载流能力和超导材料的利用率,本文首先介绍了螺旋型高温超导复合缆线的结构,包括铜骨架和导体层;解析法推导出导体层结构参数和各层电感值的关系,明确了调整结构参数是改变各层电流,增加载流量的有效途径;然后借助COMSOL Multiphysic有限元软件,进行螺旋型高温超导复合缆线三维建模仿真,分析了不同导体层绕制节距等结构参数条件下,磁场分布的影响;最后绕制了高温超导复合缆线短样,实验验证了仿真分析的正确性。Conductor on round core cable is proposed for HTS transformer winding design. In order to improve the current carrying capacity of core cable and the superconducting material utilization, firstly this paper introduced the structure of the core cable which included copper former and conductor layers. The relationship between conductor layer structural parameters and the inductance was figured out by the analytical method, and it was clear that adjusting the structural parameters was an effective way to change the conductor layer current and increase core cable ampacity. Subsequently, a finite element analysis model of the core cable was built to analyze the electromagnetic characteristics of each conductor layer by taking different parameters into consideration by COMSOL Multiphysics. Finally, short core cable was made and researched through the experiment to validate the simulation analysis.
