摘  要:对蒸发式冷凝器的研究现状进行了综述和分析,并提出根据装置的运行参数——冷凝压力,实时调控机组运行的试验方法,此方法能定量分析迎面风速和喷淋密度对装置的影响,从而根据观察装置的冷凝压力参数,调节迎面风速值和淋密度值,使装置处于最佳运行状态。此外详细介绍了不同进风方式下蒸发式冷凝器装置的构造和优缺点,对较好的进风方式——逆流式的装置进行了结构改进,并针对当前工程应用中影响其性能方面的问题提出了详细的改良方法。The research status on evaporative condenser was reviewed and analyzed. A test method for real - time control of unit operation was proposed based on the operating parameters on the device - condensing pressure. This method could quantita- tively analyze the impacts of face velocity and spray density on the device. According to the condensing pressure parameters of device, the face velocity and spray density value were adjusted, so that the device was in the best operating state. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of the evaporative condenser device under different air inlet modes were introduced in detail, and the structure improvement of the counter - current device under the better air inlet mode was performed. Moreover a detailed im- provement method was proposed for the problems affecting the performance of the current application.
