摘　　要：1978年改革开放以来,对外开放和国际合作很大地促进了中国科学技术的发展。本文通过历史考察和案例研究,从三个方面探讨了对外开放和国际合作对中国科学发展的促进作用:科学进步、制度学习和思想引入。研究表明,对外开放和国际合作不仅帮助中国科学取得很大的进步,而且带来了新的思想和视野,促进中国科技体制改革、制度建设和政策进展。本文对历史发展经验作了总结,提出了未来发展需要加强的几方面工作。Since the reform and opening-up in 1978, opening-up and international S＆T cooperation have greatly promoted the development of China＇s science and technology. Through historical investigation and case studies, this paper discusses the role of opening-up and international cooperation in China＇s science development in three aspects： Science progress, institutional learning and the introduction of ideas, and it shows that opening-up and in- ternational cooperation have not only helped China make great progress in science, but also brought about new ideas and vision, and promoted the reform, institution building and policy progress of China＇s science and tech- nology system. This paper summarizes the experience of historical development and puts forward several aspects that need to be strengthened in the future development.
