摘 要:某铅锌矿选矿厂尾矿主要为氧化锌矿,工业调试阶段该氧化锌矿中Zn品位为1.96%,矿石的含泥量较大,属难选氧化锌矿石;该氧化锌矿主要的可利用矿物为异极矿和菱锌矿,脉石矿物主要为碳酸盐。为此,对回收该尾矿中的氧化锌进行了研究。使用长沙矿山研究院自主研发的CA-1药剂作为氧化锌捕收剂进行选矿试验。试验结果表明:在最佳选矿条件下,采用一粗一扫两精闭路浮选流程,得到的锌精矿锌品位为29.12%、回收率为74.73%,实现了对该铅锌矿选矿厂尾矿中极低品位氧化锌矿的有效回收。The tailings of a beneficiation plant in a lead-zinc mine mainly contain zinc oxide ore, and the Zn grade in the zinc oxide ore was 1.96% at the industrial commissioning stage. The mud content in the zinc ore was relatively high, and it was a difficult-to-treat zinc oxide ore. The main minerals available for use of the zinc oxide ore included hemimorphite and smithsonite, and the gangue minerals were mainly carbonates. Therefore, the recovery of zinc oxide from this lead-zinc railings was studied. The CA-1, a zinc oxide collector independently developed by Changsha Institute of Mining Research, was used to carry out the mineral processing experiment. The study results showed that, by using closed circuit flotation flowsheets of one roughing stage, one scavenging stage and two cleaning stages, the zinc grade in the obtained zinc concentrate was 29.12% and the recovery rate was 74.73 % under the best mineral processing conditions. The study realized effective recovery of very low-grade zinc oxide ore from the railings of the lead-zinc ore concentrator.
